Personalized Auto Detailing

I had a great experience with Jacob at Personalized Auto Detailing. He was able to fit me in the same morning, took the time to carefully inspect and test the paint on my vehicle, and clearly explained his assessment and recommendations. What impressed me most was his honesty and professionalism. His priority was protecting the factory finish and recommending the safest next step rather than trying to sell me unnecessary or overly aggressive work. He was also incredibly generous with his time and did not charge me for the assessment. Jacob was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on doing what was best for the customer and the vehicle. I really appreciate his help and would absolutely recommend Personalized Auto Detailing.

Impeccable service and attention to detail from Jake at Personalized Auto Detailing. Very convenient location, spotless interior to the shop, and of course exceptional detailing work. Everyday life with our 3 young boys had taken a toll on our GMC Yukon. In a morning at PAD, it’s back to looking and feeling brand new. We’ll certainly be back!

Easy to schedule. The inside of my car shows clear demonstration to detail. Jake shows a passion for his craft. Even though I’m not a car enthusiast, he was able to provide suggestions for the general car upkeep. I appreciate his transparency regarding pricing, scheduling, and businesses practices. On quick glance - his garage is meticulous. Comfy and clean lobby. I would absolutely recommend his detailing services.

I had my Audi Q5 detailed before putting it up for sale, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The attention to detail was incredible, the car looked better than I ever expected. Communication throughout the process was excellent, pricing was fair, and this was easily the best detail I've ever had done on a vehicle. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be bringing my new car back in the future.
